Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and ALLPLAYZZ LTD, 16–18 Kosta Georgiou, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus (VAT 60107276F — "we", "us"), for the use of AllCardzz at allcardzz.com. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
AllCardzz lets you catalogue your trading-card collection, publish binders and wantlists, and buy, sell and trade cards with other users. Trades and sales happen between users: the seller — not ALLPLAYZZ LTD — is the party selling to you. We provide the platform, the tooling around it (such as card recognition and price context) and payment routing that make those trades possible.
AllCardzz is a young product; some features are invite-gated or rolled out gradually.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens through your account.
- One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. Buying, selling and trading
- A listing is an offer from its seller. Sellers are responsible for owning what they list and describing it honestly — condition, authenticity and photos must reflect the actual card.
- Counterfeit, proxy or otherwise inauthentic cards may not be listed or sold as genuine.
- Prices are in euros. The buyer is shown the total they will pay, including any postage, before they commit to an order. Seller fees — a marketplace fee and a payment-processing fee — are deducted from the seller’s proceeds and itemised on the order page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Sellers may need to complete Stripe onboarding before receiving payouts.
- Once a trade is agreed, both sides must follow through: the seller ships (or hands over) the card as described; the buyer completes payment and confirms receipt. Tracking numbers you enter may be checked with a tracking service.
- If something goes wrong, contact the other party first, then us at [email protected]. We can help resolve disputes, but we are not an insurer of user-to-user trades.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to the content you upload (photos, notes, lists). You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it as needed to run the service — including showing your public listings and shared binder pages, and sending your photos to our card-recognition provider. Don't upload content you have no right to use.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no fraud or misrepresentation, no counterfeits, no harassment, no attempts to break, probe or overload our systems, no scraping or bulk-copying of the catalogue or market data, and no use of the service for anything unlawful.
6. Market data
Prices, valuations and statistics shown on AllCardzz are informational estimates, not an offer or financial advice. Card values move; we don't guarantee any valuation.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or the conduct of other users, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of €50 and the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for fraud) or your mandatory rights as an EU consumer.
8. Ending things
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the law, giving notice where reasonable. Completed trades and legal record-keeping obligations survive account closure.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email; each version carries the version tag shown above. Continuing to use AllCardzz after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law and disputes
Cyprus law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of Cyprus. If you are an EU consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws, and access to the courts, of your country of residence.
